Our career competency framework

The Exclusive Hotels competency framework is closely linked to our vision, purpose and values. The competencies help us to focus on how we do things, as well as what we do. They are designed to enable employees to manage their own hospitality careers by providing a tool for proactive personal development.

Our Hotel Managers are trained to interview by referring to these competencies, and the questions that you will be asked are designed to demonstrate your skill and expertise in these eight key areas which are relevant to every area of the business.
