During the two year Exclusive Chefs Akademy
programme you will benefit from the wealth of experience offered by
the award-winning Chefs throughout the Exclusive Hotels
Group.
With 2 Michelin stars and 13 AA Rosettes
between them, our chefs have unparalleled experience
and knowledge to impart.
Based at the property of your choice, you will
develop and fine tune your skills via a programme of specially
designed modules. These will range from group and individual
tutorials with our exclusive chefs including the UK Chocolate
Master to field trips visiting local suppliers.
Spaces on the programme are limited and for
the successful candidates, the course will commence on 1st
September 2009. The closing date for applicants is the 31st May
2009.
