Danny
Pecorelli
Managing Director and owner of Exclusive Hotels
With 21 years in the hospitality industry,
Danny Pecorelli trained at The Savoy in 1988, attended Cornell
University graduating in Hotel Management. He joined Mannings Heath
Golf Club in 1991 as General Manager followed by General Manager at
South Lodge Hotel from 1994 to 1997. Danny was appointed
Managing Director of Exclusive Hotels, a group of luxury 5 star
hotels in the UK, in 1997 and was awarded the Institute of
Directors South East Director of the Year Award 2007.
Gregor Ritchie

Management
Gregor's previous experience to providing
hospitality consultancy for EHM includes Managing Director of
luxury hotel brand Hilwood Resorts & Hotels, Bovey Castle
Devon, Grand Jersey, Bailbrook House Bath and Brooklands Hotel
Weybridge. Operations Director, main board of Handpicked
Hotels, from 2001 to 2006. In less than 3 years he restored
and repositioned Handpicked Hotels’ portfolio of 15 country house
hotels, to create a premium 4 star hotel group leading to the AA
Award for the Hotel Group of the Year in 2004/2005.
Previous to HPH, he was General Manager of Exclusive's
flagship Hotel Pennyhill Park & The Spa where he won AA Hotel
of the Year England 2001 and General Manager of Ettington Park
Hotel, Stratford upon Avon 4 AA Red Stars & Recipient of
UK Best Hotel Conference & Incentive Travel 1999. Hotel Manager
at Cameron House Hotel & Country Estate Loch Lomond, Scotland 5
AA stars, 3 rosettes, Michelin star, Recipient of AA Hotel of
the year 1995 Scotland.
