Michael Gradon
Non Exec Director, Exclusive Hotel
Management
Hotel management consultant Michael Gradon was
appointed Non-Executive Director in February 2009. With over 25
years’ experience in high-level commercial, management and legal
positions, Michael spent the majority of his career with P&O
initially as a corporate lawyer before moving into a number of
roles including Executive Director for Commercial and Legal
Affairs, a main Board Director and Chairman of P&O’s real
estate business, Chairman of La Manga Club and Chief Executive of
the London Gateway infrastructure project. As well
as providing hospitality consultancy within the UK for Exclusive
Hotel Management, Michael is
currently Senior Independent Director of Modern
Water plc, Non-Exec Director of Grosvenor Limited,
Non-Exec Director of Genesis Lease Limited and a member of the
Committee of the All England Lawn Tennis Club and the
Wimbledon Championships. All England Club and La
Manga
Nick Luff
Non Exec Director, Exclusive Hotel
Management
Nick Luff was appointed Non-Executive Director
in 2008. As Group Finance Director of Centrica plc he was
previously Chief Financial Officer of The Peninsular & Oriental
Steam Navigation Company (P&O) and has held a number of other
senior financial roles at P&O having qualified as a chartered
accountant at KPMG. He is also a Non-Executive Director of QinetiQ
Group plc. Nick’s extensive experience at FTSE 100 Board
Level provides the Exclusive Hotels Board with invaluable advice,
support and guidance across our range of hospitality consultancy
services.
