The Pass at South Lodge Hotel is awarded with a Michelin
Star!
The Michelin Guide 2012 acolates were anounced
on Thursday 6th October and we are delighted that The Pass
was awarded its first Michelin star. The Michelin guide is
arguably the most revered restaurant guide amongst chefs,
restaurant critics and guests alike.

awarded Five AA Rosettes
We are very excited to announce that 'Michael
Wignall at the Latymer' has been awarded the highly
prestigious accolade of five AA Rosettes in the
2012 AA Restaurant Guide. Under Head Chef Michael Wignall, The
Latymer is only one of seven UK restaurants to achieve this sought
after accolade, the highest in its category.

Award
The Manor House Hotel in Wiltshire has been awarded one of The
Tea Guild’s highest accolades. These awards, now in their
25th year, are known as the ‘OSCARS’ of the tea world, with
Britain’s best tea rooms, country and city hotels all competing for
the coveted honour.

Opened under head chef Michael Wignall in November 2007, The
Latymer Restaurant has been awarded its first Michelin
star in the 2009 Michelin Guide to Great Britain and
Ireland, published 21st January.

Award
The Latymer Restaurant at
Pennyhill Park Hotel, headed by Chef Michael Wignall, has been
voted the Best Restaurant Newcomer of the Year in the Which, Good
Food Guide 2009.
The Good Food Guide 2009
writes, “Michael’s complex and highly technical modern approach,
underpinned by a classical theme, delivers elegantly light dishes
of clear intense flavour. Food is ‘dressed to thrill’ –
demonstrated by royal Anjou pigeon with calf’s sweetbreads, black
olive gnocchi and lettuce farci and a peanut parfait with sesame
tuille, eucalyptus ice cream and bergamot negus to

The Official England Rugby Team Hotel
We are delighted to announce the return of the England Rugby
Team making Pennyhill Park, the Official England Team
Hotel. Under the new agreement, the hotel will host the senior
team until the end of 2011 / 12 season.
Team Manager Martin Johnson is a happy man “Pennyhill ticks all
the right boxes - a resurfaced pitch, good size bedrooms and
meeting rooms, great training and recovery facilities, including a
large swimming pool, and it can accommodate the number of players
we will have,”.

Arms Hotel in Yorkshire to open Michael Wignall at The
Latymer at the five star Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa
in Bagshot, Surrey.
£7.5 million investment, up to 40 additional jobs but it’s
business as usual for the new look South Lodge Hotel
Up to 35 new jobs are to be created near Horsham, West Sussex as
South Lodge Hotel moves from 43 to 89 stunning bedrooms and up to
five red star status...
